At Spector Bass Shop, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every instrument and accessory we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Instrument

Carefully pack the bass or accessory in its original factory packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship to Our Facility

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our workshop.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
